This was the spooky tree project on the iPad where we took the iPads and Drew some spooky trees. I used a black then a blue that got lighter and lighter as the background hot farther, I added a green to the trees to make the trees look realistic. The new skill I learned was how to use different pencils to add texture to the trees. The art element I learned was adding layers to give a sense of 3D. I felt that this project turned out well with the texture of the trees looking good.

This was the slab box project where we took slabs with the side cut at 45 degree and put together. I choose to add buttons and string to the texture of the box and color half the box green the other part red and the buttons black. The art element I learned was to cut the sides of the slabs at 45 degrees. I like how the box turned out the box is very strong and is somewhat rounded on the corners and the string follows all around the box.

I learned on the iPad that different brushes can effect the picture by being more detailed than others also that the eraser is very effective at making clouds. Also while on the iPad different pencils look very different from one another and can be used to make different features.

This was the pinch pot project, I would change the pinch pot into a beehive shape with some bees sticking on it I made the color of the beehive a brown and yellow to get a caramel color the bees would be a black and a light blue. The art element I learned was to put holes in the ceramic so that it wouldn't explode. I really like how the beehive turned out after being glazed.

This was the soft slab project where we took a cup and rolled it out on a slab of clay then connect that to a base. On the cup I added a handle and a couple of stars onto side the color was a black and the stars are a yellow. The art element I learned was that when I glaze I need to put on multiple layers to get a darker color. I felt that this project turned out ok but i would have liked to add more glaze to make the cup blacker.

This was a pinch pot that I pinched into a bee hive I think that it came out really well. The hive survived the Kilm and all the bees stayed in one piece. Nothing broke on the pot and I believe I did it correctly since it came out and survived without anything breaking.
